It's time to pack, tidy up and make sure nothings forgotten, so the last thing you need is to make a complex breakfast, this is one of the easiest warm morning meals that will set you up for that final hike before you head home!
Ingredients
Grated Mature Cheddar.
1-2 cans of baked beans.
1 Pod of smoked paprika
1 Pod of oregano
1 Pod of black pepper
1/2 Pod of Salt
1/4 Loaf of Bread (enough slices for all)
Method
Step 1- Heat 1 tsp of veggie oil in a cast iron dutch oven or pot over your flame.
Step 2- Throw your cans of baked beans into the dutch oven/ pot. Add all your seasonings and let it cook for 5-10 minutes with the lid on.
Step 3- Take your grated cheese and add it to the beans, stir vigorously to combine the cheese with the beans, let it cook for 5 minutes.
Butter up your toast (we threw our bread on the grill) and serve! Works well with traditional breakfast ingredients if you have more time, but this will set you up for the day!
